Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Create and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including pricing, distribution, and marketing plans.
  • Support new product launches and point releases of existing products; manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan and report on the success of the campaign.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Solution Consultants to determine product marketing needs.
  • Identify, create, review, and edit content for various channels including emails, product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, presentations with minimal editing to publish.
  • Ensure execution of sales enablement programs including buyer experience content and training sessions.
  • Ability to qualify a prospect or customer during a call or at a trade show, discuss the elevator pitch for our solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years in B2B marketing or equivalent education.
  • Working toward functionally related certifications or advanced degrees.
  • Previous experience in the HR tech industry is a plus.
