About The Position

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the B2B Product Marketing team, with a focus on Dailymotion PRO solutions for media owners, publishers, and enterprises. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, and requires comfort with ambiguity, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence across teams and senior stakeholders. You will manage multiple PRO solutions in parallel within a fast-moving environment, while maintaining clarity, consistency, and execution pace. You will operate the full go-to-market strategy end to end, including sales enablement. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions, while partnering with Communications and Field Marketing teams to support amplification and local market adaptation. This is a global role acting as a strategic link between market insights, customer feedback, sales learnings, and product development. You will own positioning, messaging, and GTM execution across Dailymotion PRO’s video technology stack, including video hosting and delivery, player experiences, livestreaming, monetization-ready infrastructure, and AI-powered video services.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in Product Marketing, with a strong preference for B2B SaaS environments
  • Professional proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex products in a fast-paced, global setting
  • Experience in Enterprise marketing, understanding the nuances of long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making

Nice To Haves

  • Deep familiarity with video technology stacks (hosting, delivery, player UX, and livestreaming) is a major plus

Responsibilities

  • Market intelligence and product insights
  • Monitor market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive movements across video platforms and media technology.
  • Collect feedback from sales teams, partners, and customers to identify opportunities, gaps, and adoption barriers.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to help shape roadmap priorities aligned with customer value and business goals.
  • SaaS Go-to-market leadership
  • Own the full launch lifecycle for Pro solutions, ensuring seamless alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Manage product readiness and "early access" beta programs for key enterprise accounts.
  • Develop clear, sophisticated messaging frameworks that articulate the ROI of the Dailymotion Pro stack.
  • Drive awareness through newsletters, web content, and social media.
  • Enterprise Sales Enablement
  • Produce professional sales enablement assets (technical whitepapers, ROI calculators, case studies) tailored for enterprise sales cycles.
  • Directly operate the enablement strategy to ensure global sales teams are equipped to sell complex SaaS solutions.
  • Partner with Field Marketing to adapt messaging for priority regions and specific customer segments.
  • Collaborate with Communications on PR, industry events, and thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Measurement and iteration
  • Track product KPIs such as awareness, pipeline impact, adoption, and usage.
  • Refine positioning and share actionable insights with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams based on market results.
