We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead the go-to-market strategy for our Enterprise safety product portfolio, including our E911 and OneAlert™ Unified Notification solutions. Reporting to the VP of Product Management for Enterprise, this role sits at the heart of our product organization, collaborating closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer teams to ensure consistent and effective positioning of our solutions.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years in technical product marketing, marketing, or related roles—preferably within B2B SaaS telecommunications companies (including UCaaS/CCaaS/CPaaS).
  • Ability to translate complex technical systems into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Demonstrated experience producing high-impact product marketing and sales enablement assets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across executive and operational audiences.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Experienced in utilizing modern AI/LLM platforms to increase productivity and shorten timelines.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 20% travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.

  • Public Safety experience, especially across enterprises and educational institutions, is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand buyer personas, their buying criteria, and the competitive landscape.
  • Clearly define buyer and user audiences, as well as channel partners.
  • Identify primary customer problems and workflows.
  • Gather and summarize recurring field and partner input—including wins, losses, objections, and competitive feedback—and apply those insights directly to messaging, enablement, and product launches.
  • Plan and execute launches for new products and features.
  • Develop and maintain market positioning and messaging.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear customer and partner value.
  • Create and maintain customer- and partner-facing narratives, solution briefs, and executive summaries.
  • Create core messaging that explains product value and distinguishes us from competitors.
  • Develop concise release messaging, internal FAQs, and sales/partner talk tracks that clarify what is changing, why it matters, and who benefits.
  • Develop sales tools, presentations, and demo scripts to support the sales process.
  • Support marketing launch readiness by preparing core launch materials.
  • Coordinate launch enablement sessions and supporting materials for Sales, Solutions Engineers, and channel partners.
  • Create and maintain core enablement assets for direct sales and partners, including pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guidance, demo talk tracks, and competitive comparisons.
  • Support partner readiness through targeted enablement materials, training sessions, and field-facing guidance for strategic pursuits.
  • Update messaging and enablement based on customer and partner adoption patterns, competitive changes, and ongoing field feedback.
  • Develop case studies, blog posts, trade magazine articles, and interviews, act as a subject matter expert.
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences to present thought leadership initiatives that position us as a leader in the Public Safety industry.
  • Develop customer and partner proof points that demonstrate the value of our products, including case studies, webinars, and conference presentations.
  • Lead messaging and content for key industry conferences and events, ensuring consistent representation.
  • Measure effectiveness of marketing programs by conducting win/loss analysis and monitoring key success metrics.
