Actively shape the future of Meta Horizon, one of the fastest growing and most exciting parts of the Meta and Reality Labs business. This role will focus on consumer growth programs across mixed reality and mobile.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute consumer growth strategies across mixed reality and mobile platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and campaigns
Create go-to-market documents, including: Defining target audience and customer personas, Positioning and value proposition development, Defining success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform product and marketing decisions
Develop and implement problem-solving strategies to overcome marketing and product challenges
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Mobile Platforms and Virtual/Mixed Reality
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BA/BS), Marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy, or a similar field
Experience with product launches and consumer campaigns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest and understanding of Mobile Platforms and Virtual/Mixed Reality
