About the position

As a Product Marketing Manager at Meta, you will support product development and execute on product marketing strategies using effective communication skills, a collaborative mindset, analytical acumen, and product launch experience. Our team thrives in a highly cross-functional dynamic environment built to move fast, prioritize effectively, and pivot quickly as needed to incubate future technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with product teams to define the strategy, roadmap and success metrics for products, ensuring product market fit and helping evolve our portfolio strategy over a multi-year time horizon
  • Shape product roadmaps through market and customer research, competitive analyses, audience segmentation and sizing, and dives into audience needs
  • Collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders like product managers, engineers, data science, legal, partnerships, and user experience research in a dynamic, fast moving environment
  • Design tests, measure impact, and learn through a results-driven approach to partnering with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, product management, CRM or related industry experience
  • Experience leading projects that are highly cross-functional and require both quantitative and qualitative thinking
  • Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategy
  • Experience working with cross functional, matrixed teams with high degrees of ambiguity
  • Effective communication skills and experience creating documents and presentations
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in product marketing supporting product launches and partnering closely with product management, product marketing, and/or engineering to represent market/customer requirements
  • Experience working with early stage products
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree
