About the position

The Product Marketing Manager II plays a key role in supporting the go-to-market strategy and product launches for the company's copilot and chorus products, with a focus on developing effective messaging and positioning. This role conducts market research, creates sales enablement materials, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product messaging and marketing execution. The position involves analyzing customer feedback, tracking campaign metrics, and creating various marketing content while working closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support messaging, positioning, packaging and GTM product launch of copilot and chorus products.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, sales, and other teams to inform product positioning.
  • Assist in developing clear and compelling product messaging aligned with the company’s value proposition.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing and sales materials.
  • Create and update sales collateral, such as one-pagers, presentations, FAQs, and case studies.
  • Support sales training by providing product knowledge, market insights, and objection-handling strategies.
  • Write and edit product-related content, including blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Assist in planning and executing product marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and suggest optimizations.
  • Coordinate efforts across teams for new product or feature launches.
  • Support launch readiness by creating marketing materials and helping execute launch plans.
  • Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Ensure all teams have the tools and resources needed to effectively promote the product.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing activities.
  • Comply with all applicable Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience creating marketing collateral (e.g., sales decks, brochures, and email campaigns).
  • Experience running product launches and customer research projects.
  • Familiarity with Rev Ops systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Marketo, etc).
  • Basic understanding of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Trello).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating clear, compelling marketing materials.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms for a non-technical audience.
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with designers and writers for content creation.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer feedback, market trends, and campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and eager to learn new skills or tools.
  • Familiarity with SaaS industry dynamics, B2B sales cycles, and customer personas.
  • Basic understanding of how go-to-market strategies work in a SaaS context.
  • Knowledge of product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Additional coursework in SaaS, digital marketing, or data analytics is a plus.
