We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and customer-obsessed Product Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle marketing across our Personal Loans product. As the leading digital marketplace bank for prime consumers, LendingClub helps members achieve long-term financial wellness through responsible lending and personalized banking services. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies that engage personal loan members throughout their journey-from welcome and activation, through servicing and repayment, to collections and retention. You'll bring a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, and value-based messaging to ensure every member receives the right communication at the right time. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Servicing, Compliance, Analytics, and Channel Marketing teams to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
