About the position

We're looking for a strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead development and execution for key service or product offerings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment, excels at problem solving, and is energized by building scalable, customer-centric solutions that generate growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and execution strategy from discovery through rollout
  • Partner with operations, sales, and service teams to shape and evolve the offering
  • Analyze performance data and customer feedback to inform smart, evidence-based decisions
  • Lead initiatives that drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure internal alignment, clear communication, and successful adoption of product changes
  • Track market dynamics and competitive trends to inform long-term strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Go-To-Market experience with Direct to Corporate end users and through distribution
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Advanced data analysis and interpretation
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Process design and continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce)

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, operations, or service development
  • Deep comfort and enthusiasm for data analysis—turning insight into action is your thing
  • An innate drive to improve systems, processes, and experiences
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both frontline teams and leadership
  • B2B experience; experience with service contracts or recurring revenue models is a big plus
