As the Product Marketing/Commercialization Manager supporting our Master Lock brand, you will help bring new security innovations to life by thoughtfully activating product strategy across packaging, messaging, and launch experiences. You will serve as a connective partner across teams, ensuring that product intent is translated into clear, meaningful, and customer-centered materials that reflect the strength and trust associated with Master Lock. A key part of this role involves guiding packaging artwork development from concept through production, working closely with creative, engineering, regulatory, and operations partners to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment. You will help ensure that every detail, from on-pack messaging to visual presentation, reflects the brand’s standards and resonates with both professional (B2B) and consumer (B2C) audiences. This role requires strong organization, care for detail, and the ability to collaborate across functions with confidence and empathy. You will support cross-functional alignment, help navigate competing priorities, and contribute to a commercialization process that feels structured yet flexible.
