As the Product Marketing Manager within one of Robinhood's newest business units (TradePMR), you will join a world-class team dedicated to revolutionizing the financial industry. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, sales, and customer success, passionate about improving customer conversion and product adoption. This role is based in our Clearwater, Florida office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing campaign strategies aligned with our business objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines to attract and retain Registered Investment Advisors.
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Build compelling campaign briefs, concepts, messages, and content across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and more.
  • Write engaging persuasive copy for marketing materials, including emails, social media posts, landing pages, blog articles, advertisements, and more.
  • Apply analytics tools to supervise, measure, and analyze the efficiency of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive brand experiences and successful campaign execution.
  • Manage budgets and optimize campaign performance to achieve flawless results.

Requirements

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a sharp focus on details and a passion for storytelling.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools, such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated ability in B2B and/or digital marketing, with financial services or wealth management industry experience preferred.
