Responsibilities

  • Drive the creation of sales enablement materials, including presentations, and sales collateral, to support the sales team in their efforts.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute key marketing activities related to product releases, including internal and external communications, training materials, and launch assets.
  • Develop clear and compelling communications regarding the product roadmap for internal teams, customers, and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for eightfold.ai products.
  • Participate in the creation and delivery of webinars, external presentations, roundtables, and public events.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Develop customer personas and use cases to inform product messaging, targeting, and positioning.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and iterate based on insights and data.
  • Help lead and support functional marketing initiatives such as industry events, internal training and kick-offs, and additional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the (SaaS) or HR technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for B2B products.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Base salary range Zone A: $130,000-$145,000, with potential for bonuses or commissions and equity awards.
