About the position

The Product Operations Manager - Apparel will manage operations for Apparel from Global Line Plan (GLP) Creation to Pricelist Execution. They will maintain transparency with key operational stakeholders (Product Creation, Global and Regional Merchandising, Marketing, Sourcing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning). They will refine and improve Operational processes throughout the Go-to-Market (GTM) cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Own Operations Apparel from GLP Creation to Pricelist Execution
  • Lead and run all weekly Operation Meetings for Apparel Product Creation (Mainline, Speed, Off- Calendar, FOP)
  • Maintain Ops log and work to quickly address issues identified
  • Partner with Cross functional teams on key milestones and execution from Product Creation to Po Creation
  • Own the Exception Process for late adds to Apparel Direct Assortments
  • Partner with NBIL to streamline and improve current process
  • Maintain transparency with key operational stakeholders (Product Creation, Global and Regional Merchandising, Marketing, Sourcing, Demand Planning)
  • Maintain a continuous dialogue with Product Creation
  • Establish communication touchpoints with Regional Merchandising to review calendar and process
  • Participate in Monthly Touchbase with Global Merch
  • Highlight current projects and identify areas of support
  • Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Planning to review upcoming deadlines and milestones
  • Facilitate communication of new process and system requirements to Product Creation
  • Refine and improve all Operational processes throughout the GTM cycle
  • Work toward continuous improvement of data with both the Product Creation and Merchandising teams utilizing Audits created and maintained by Global Data Governance
  • Streamline Exception Process for Apparel
  • Partner with Business Change Transformation team to identify areas of improvement in PLM systems from a Product Creation lens

Requirements

  • BA with 8 years of related Product Management, Operations, Consulting or Strategy experience, MBA a plus
  • Creative energy and thought leadership for complex, matrixed organizations
  • Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders
  • Must be comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Strategic Planning skills
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
