Aurora’s Product Operations team is at the fore-front of technology, providing partnership to product, operations & engineering and ensuring commercial operations capabilities are delivered on time, safely and efficiently. We do so by establishing best practices, designing processes & systems, introducing automation & insights and by supporting the delivery of new capabilities. We are looking for a Product Operations manager to join us on this exciting journey. This role will be based in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate the launch & adoption of new capabilities and products
  • Oversee feedback channels, support triaging and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with your customers to develop a capability roadmap that supports meeting our companies objectives
  • Provide transparency and create alignment through effective communication of upcoming launches, opportunities, issues and decisions
  • Act as an subject matter expert and provide guidance, clarity and training support

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technology-focused role such as Product Management, Product Operations, Business Strategy, Product Commercialization, Technical Program Management, or Sales Strategy and Operations
  • BA/BS degree in related technical subject (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering), or equivalent practical experience in a technical field
  • Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc)
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the autonomous vehicle, automotive, trucking, transportations, and (or) logistics industry
  • Understanding of the development process
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, metrics, and feedback to identify issues, trends, and tooling improvements to make informed decisions
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
