About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Product Operations Specialist to serve as a strategic right hand to our Chief Product Officer. This role will support product operations across the entire lifecycle-from roadmap execution and cross-team coordination to reporting, launch support, and special initiatives. You'll work at the intersection of product strategy, design, operations, and customer success, helping scale our team's impact as we expand our GovTech platform. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that's perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys variety, and wants to accelerate their product career by learning from the center of it all.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product operations excellence by improving internal workflows, documentation practices, and coordination across the Product organization.
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects led by the Chief Product Officer, including board updates, key roadmap initiatives, and potential M&A analysis.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to track KPIs, roadmap progress, customer requests, and product launches.
  • Coordinate product launch activities, including readiness checklists, internal communications, and go-to-market planning alongside PMs and Marketing.
  • Assist in requirements gathering and documentation, working with Product Managers and Designers to translate business needs into clear user stories and specifications.
  • Contribute to customer feedback loops through synthesis of interview insights, support tickets, enhancement requests, and roadmap input.
  • Facilitate recurring product team cadences, including product launch planning, roadmap reviews, and cross-functional syncs.
  • Champion process and tooling improvements to help the product organization scale effectively as we grow.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Product Operations, Business Analyst, or Strategy role in a SaaS or tech-forward company.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills-able to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence) and data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, QuickSight).
  • Comfortable creating structured documentation such as PRDs, business cases, and customer journey maps.
  • Effective communicator who can distill complex information into executive-level briefs and visual summaries.
  • Background in public sector, procurement, or GovTech is a strong plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree required; technical, business, or systems-related majors preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • You're a proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Curious and collaborative, with a desire to understand the big picture while mastering the details.
  • Passionate about enabling great product teams through structure, transparency, and execution.
