About The Position

The Product Owner works directly with the Director of Experiential Design and is responsible for overseeing the Coach Training Pathway. This is a full-time, time-bound contract role designed to support key design initiatives & the evolution of our product function while CTI evaluates the long-term structure and needs for our Product team. The Product Owner works cross-functionally inside CTI with multiple stakeholders during a formative phase of our product development, helping to orient, shape, and test the role of design within our pathways and how it best serves our mission, customers, and business.

Requirements

  • CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach)
  • Exposure to User experience design
  • Experience in the coach training space or Learning & Development space
  • Experience owning products from ideation to creation
  • Experience working in ambiguous environment

Responsibilities

  • Works with Faculty Development team to ensure smooth content delivery of Coach Training Pathway courses
  • Helps design and create the process around iteration of product timelines and other product elements to fit current market demands for the duration of the contract, in service of current market needs.
  • Works closely with the Learning Designer to iterate and update online learning spaces for Coach Training Pathway.
  • Participates in relevant cross-functional and design working sessions & meetings to gain context, inform their work, and alignment on active projects
  • Understands ICF requirements, and pays attention to how CTI is integrating these competencies into our design work.
  • Iteration, feedback, helping tighten things up from MVP state to a more solidified product
  • Going to all meetings for all specific teams representing Product
  • Going through everything on the coach training path that is student or faculty-facing, making suggestions to improve educational delivery
  • Communicate Co-Active experience towards different stakeholders in the business
