About the position
The Product Owner at eInfochips Inc will be responsible for managing the product backlog in Azure DevOps, writing clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria. The role involves collaborating with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate strategic goals into a clear product roadmap for the web platform. The Product Owner will act as the voice of the customer during Agile ceremonies, using Azure DevOps Boards to track and manage progress. This position requires close collaboration with frontend, backend, and QA engineers to deliver features and improvements, as well as defining MVPs, managing release cycles, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features. The role also involves analyzing user behavior and key performance indicators to guide prioritization and product improvements, while ensuring the team builds high-quality, scalable, and accessible web applications.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog in Azure DevOps.
- Write clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate strategic goals into a clear product roadmap.
- Act as the voice of the customer during Agile ceremonies using Azure DevOps Boards.
- Work closely with frontend, backend, and QA engineers to deliver features and improvements.
- Define MVPs, manage release cycles, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
- Analyze user behavior and key performance indicators to guide prioritization and product improvements.
- Ensure the team builds high-quality, scalable, and accessible web applications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in web-based software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management.
- Familiarity with web applications, modern front-end frameworks, APIs, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
- Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in avionics.
- Product Owner certification (CPO, PSPO, CSPO, or equivalent).
- Background in software development or UX/UI design.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, or data visualization platforms.
