About the position

The role supports the Product Owner Lead in realizing business value through the creation and delivery of a product roadmap and its associated product backlog. The position involves developing an understanding of all areas of the Group CLM Policy and Procedures to foster supportive relationships with Policy and Process teams. The individual will lead the valuation of business initiatives, gather requirements, and produce analysis artifacts to drive change initiatives, including operating models, process maps, and business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support the engagement of key stakeholders across client-facing divisions, Legal and Compliance, and Financial Crime Risk.
  • Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of business initiatives and collaboration on epics and user stories.
  • Within sprints, assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with product strategy.
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
  • Research and analyze market, users, and the roadmap for the product, feeding this into the Product ownership team.
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.

Requirements

  • Agile experience.
  • Product/System design experience.
  • Experience in large stakeholder management/workshop facilitation.
