The position involves product ownership and agile delivery, focusing on developing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and roadmaps that align with organizational goals, technology trends, and customer needs. The role requires representing the voice of the customer and business stakeholders within the Scrum team, ensuring that user stories deliver measurable value. The individual will own and evolve the product backlog, prioritizing based on performance analytics, stakeholder input, sprint outcomes, and shifting business priorities to maximize value delivery. Additionally, the role includes facilitating cross-functional collaboration between developers, QA, UX, and architecture to align on technical feasibility, design standards, and user experience goals, as well as supporting release planning and deployment coordination across environments.

  • Develop, maintain and communicate product vision & roadmaps.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and business stakeholders within the Scrum team.
  • Own and evolve the product backlog, prioritizing based on performance analytics.
  • Partner with nexus & scrum team(s) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between developers, QA, UX, and architecture.
  • Support release planning and deployment coordination across environments.
  • Translate business needs and strategic goals into innovative solutions.
  • Apply business insight and analysis to develop strategies.
  • Define and document product features and user stories.
  • Continuously improve processes, templates, and methodologies.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Level set stakeholders' expectations and facilitate collaboration.
  • Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Present and communicate with executive level leadership.
  • Partner with architecture, agile teams, and project management office.
  • Support product owners, program managers, and agile teams with strategic alignment.
  • Mentor product team members and create product tools, templates, and processes.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for products and initiatives.
  • Support the Enterprise Agile Initiative, providing strategic direction.
  • Enable product management lifecycle and agile methodologies across teams.
  • Perform all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree and five years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of managed care, PPO, HMO, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and commercial group health plans.
  • Strong working knowledge of claims adjudication systems (e.g., Facets, QNXT, Epic Tapestry, HealthEdge).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
