About The Position

The packaging team member will be part of a team of employees responsible for packing meat and seafood into pouches and boxes for distribution to our customers. The right employee will have strong work ethic, be punctual, friendly and a team player.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
• Ability to add and subtract simple numbers and to multiply and divide
• Able to work in a temperature controlled refrigerated plant

Responsibilities

• Vacuum seal and box portions on easy to operate packaging machines
• Weigh, label, and stack boxes on pallets for distribution
• Work as part of a twelve person team
• Maintain a clean workspace
