About The Position

The Twelve Labs Go-to-Market (GTM) organization exists to empower developers and enterprises to build intelligent video applications with the Twelve Labs platform. Within GTM, the Global Partnerships team focuses on establishing high-leverage, strategic collaborations that amplify the reach of Twelve Labs’ multimodal foundation models and unlock meaningful enterprise value. As the Product Partnerships Lead, you will play a critical role in identifying, structuring, and accelerating strategic partnerships that sit at the intersection of product, technology, and business. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, and GTM leaders—both within Twelve Labs and inside partner organizations—to co-create offerings, integrations, and joint solutions powered by Twelve Labs’ video understanding capabilities. This role blends product strategy, relationship leadership, and ecosystem development. You will uncover new vectors of enterprise value, drive aligned partner roadmaps, and influence the evolution of the Twelve Labs product suite through insights gathered from our most important ecosystem partners. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology partnerships, product partnerships, or ecosystem development—preferably in high-growth or emerging technology environments.
• Proven ability to build and scale strategic, product-led partnerships that meaningfully influence product adoption, customer outcomes, or revenue.
• Strong understanding of modern software ecosystems, APIs, cloud platforms, and adjacent AI/ML technologies (experience in multimodal or video-focused systems is a plus).
• Demonstrated success in partnering with Product and Engineering teams to co-develop integrations, platform features, or joint product offerings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You can navigate technical discussions, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate clearly at executive levels.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking—you can shape partner strategies, evaluate business models, and build compelling narratives grounded in product and market realities.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and a bias for action. Twelve Labs is an early-stage startup where you will toggle between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, and leadership across organizations to define integration opportunities, co-innovation concepts, and joint solution architectures—then work with internal teams to translate partner needs into clear product requirements and roadmap alignment.
• Structure and prioritize complex partnership programs including co-development initiatives, joint solutions, multi-year investment plans, and GTM motions, while evaluating new opportunities through frameworks for sequencing and investment.
• Build and present partnership strategies, integration concepts, and roadmap proposals to executives across both organizations, building clarity on goals, execution plans, technical requirements, and business impact.
• Support joint product launches by collaborating with Marketing, Developer Relations, and Sales on narratives, positioning, and partner-ready assets.
• Conduct research on market trends, platform changes, and emerging standards. Translating insights into partnership theses, strategic recommendations, and documented business cases that influence Twelve Labs' roadmap and partner strategy.
