About The Position

Please note, we are looking for someone who is willing to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada
Are you the kind of creative who can design a scroll-stopping ad in the morning and shoot a best-selling product photo in the afternoon?
Do you live at the intersection of branding, performance, and content that converts?
We're looking for a Product Photographer/Graphic Designer to help us scale fast, create bold visuals, and drive measurable revenue impact.
This is NOT a "just make it look pretty" role.
This is a creative athlete position.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in graphic design for eCommerce or DTC brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing BOTH: Performance ad creative Product photography (studio + lifestyle)
• Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Lightroom / Capture One
• Understanding of direct response marketing
• Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable in a high-performance, feedback-heavy environment
• Strong eye for lighting, composition, and brand storytelling

Nice To Haves

• Have shot supplements, CPG, beauty, or wellness products
• Understand paid media testing frameworks

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting ad creatives for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
• Create email graphics, landing page assets, and funnel visuals
• Shoot premium product photography (studio + lifestyle)
• Style, light, and capture product images that sell
• Edit photos and retouch to brand perfection
• Create Amazon & PDP graphics that increase conversion rate
• Collaborate with performance marketing & CRO teams
• Bring new creative angles and test concepts weekly
