This role requires experience and consistent performance in project and relationship management, the ability to anticipate needs, proactively problem solve, and deliver excellent final mile execution. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales, hospitality, or outreach and thrive in community-centered environments with a customer/member service approach. Candidates must be confident and comfortable supporting our organizational stakeholders and be able to build relationships, trust and brand loyalty with audiences including youth (K-12), parents/caregivers, volunteers, business leaders, internal staff, and community partners. They should be confident in making cold calls, presenting to groups, and working independently to meet goals and deadlines. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required. The Coordinator will work an alternate schedule during peak seasons to meet department initiatives and member needs including nights and weekends, including executing on events, supporting training opportunities, representing the organization and brand, and hosting girl experience programming and events.
