About The Position

We are seeking a Product Requirements and Market Research Intern to support the development of our internal product requirements framework and roadmap planning efforts. This role is analytical, cross-functional, and deeply integrated into real product decision-making. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing hardware company by working cross-functionally to support the development of a requirements flowdown process and define real product features.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA, ideally with a background in engineering, technical product development, or user experience
• Strong analytical thinking, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret complex technical and commercial documents and extract key insights
• Experience working with structured data and database tools
• Interest in early-stage hardware development, aerospace, or complex systems

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, business development, and engineering teams to gather relevant inputs and review RFIs, government solicitations, customer communications, and meeting notes and identify explicit and implied product requirements
• Help Track and summarize recurring themes, unmet needs, and emerging patterns across market segments
• Support research and benchmarking of products and use cases within the advanced aviation landscape, synthesizing findings to inform market sizing and product planning efforts
• Organize and document customer and user requirements and feature definitions in structured internal tools
• Support maintenance and improvement of systems used to track product inputs and decisions
• Help ensure clarity, consistency, and traceability across evolving product documentation
