Requirements

  • Deep understanding of workflows within structural steel fabrication operations.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex presentations, communications, negotiations and close sales at all organizational levels.
  • Strong collaborative mindset with experience operating effectively in a high-performing team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience or technical knowledge of Tekla PowerFab, Tekla EPM, or Fabsuite software.
  • 3+ years of successful software sales experience within the construction or AECO industry.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and digital productivity tools like Google Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the discovery and closure of new business opportunities for Tekla PowerFab software by uncovering critical customer pain points.
  • Partner strategically with Account Executives to build a robust sales pipeline and execute long-range territory growth plans.
  • Deliver compelling product insights and workflows that showcase how Trimble technology addresses essential business needs.
  • Master the evolving landscape of structural fabrication to remain a trusted advisor to steel professionals.
