Responsibilities

- Ensure customers are matched with vehicles that suit their needs.
- Engage warmly with guests, making them feel welcome.
- Follow up with customer inquiries promptly.
- Creatively arrange the showroom to highlight vehicles attractively.
- Remain proactive and attentive on the sales floor.
- Handle calls efficiently and with a friendly tone.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and closing abilities.
- Participate in training sessions as required.
Requirements
- Experience in high-value retail sales is preferred.
- A genuine passion for the automotive lifestyle and community.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement.
- A CA Sales License is necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
