About The Position

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Product Specialist to run residential garage door estimates and work directly with homeowners to recommend and sell the right solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, presenting options, and closing sales while delivering a high-quality, professional experience in the home. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for running company-provided estimates, building trust with homeowners, and converting opportunities into revenue.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Previous sales experience (in-home or service industry preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based role
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow and succeed

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled residential garage door estimates for homeowners
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Present pricing, options, and features clearly and professionally
• Close sales and secure signed agreements
• Follow up on open estimates to improve close rates
• Accurately create estimates and proposals using ServiceTitan
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth job handoff after sale
