Responsibilities

  • Meet with guests and tactfully guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
  • Personalize every interaction with guests whether they are company-provided leads, internet leads, referrals, return guests, or walk-ins.
  • Serve as an industry expert by staying informed of new products, features, and accessories as well as their benefit to guests.
  • Successfully set up and deliver vehicles after the purchase process is complete.
  • Assist in troubleshooting vehicle technology features.
  • Keep current on all new products, features and accessories with the represented brand(s).
  • Attend product and training courses that are brand specific.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Ability and desire to make a positive impact with every interaction.
  • Dedication to creating a remarkable guest experience.
  • Ambition and drive to accomplish sales goals while achieving high guest satisfaction.
