Your Purpose as a Product Specialist: Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner, welcoming them into our showroom and responding to telephone or online inquiries. Responsible for engaging guests with Toyota’s brand history as well as the latest vehicles, products, and technologies. Showcase outstanding knowledge and understanding of all things Toyota through product and vehicle presentations. Assist guests on test drive of vehicle(s). Assist in troubleshooting vehicle technology features. Ensure that each vehicle has met all pre-delivery requirements. Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies at delivery, answering any questions that might arise from the guest. Stay current on all Toyota vehicles, products, and features by attending/reviewing product and training courses. Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle

Responsibilities
