The Product Specialist – Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing all systems and tools utilized by the Operations team. This includes automation tools, data management platforms, EHR systems, CRM platforms, and other business-critical solutions. The Product Specialist – Generalist acts as a subject matter expert and first point of contact for technical system-related inquiries and improvements, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and the project management team to ensure seamless operations across the organization. This position reports to the Lead Technical Project Manager and involves a mix of system administration, product enhancement, troubleshooting, and cross-functional project support. This is a full-time, in-person position based at the Mountlake Terrace Headquarters, with required travel to other company locations as needed.

  • Generally supports all systems and tools used by the Operations team, including but not limited to Microsoft SharePoint, PowerApps, EHR systems, CRM platforms, and automation solutions (e.g., Logic Apps, Zapier, Microsoft Flow).
  • Provide Tier II support and troubleshooting for operational systems, collaborating with vendors and IT as necessary to resolve complex issues.
  • Utilizes software development skills and coding experience in object-oriented programming languages to support with custom technical requests.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement enhancements or optimizations for current tools and systems.
  • Support Project Managers and cross-functional teams in the integration of systems into new and ongoing projects.
  • Develop and execute plans for system upgrades, migrations, and new tool implementations in collaboration with project leadership.
  • Practices safe and effective deployment of solutions with thorough testing and monitoring of all deployments.
  • Communicate product and system changes efficiently to various internal stakeholders, including members of the Executive Team.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation (SOPs) for all supported systems, ensuring clear handoff and delineation of responsibilities with stakeholders.
  • Travel as required to support projects, equipment/supply needs, and repairs across Mindful Support Services locations, including occasional out-of-state trips.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, statistics, informatics or related field and 2-4 years' related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft tools such as Excel and SharePoint required.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Logic Apps highly preferred.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience with Power shell scripting.
  • Experience with EHR systems and CRM platforms required.
  • Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Logic Apps, Zapier, Microsoft Flow) required.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.) required.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and troubleshoot alternative software solutions as needed.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and articulate solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Basic programming knowledge, with the ability to understand and discuss pseudocode solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a 'figure it out' mentality.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage time responsibly, and meet project deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to initiate group problem-solving and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, providers, vendors, and clients.
  • Professional and concise verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to multiple audiences.
  • Proven success working with all levels of leadership.
  • Moderate lifting is occasionally required (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Personal vehicle required due to travel between worksites or other locations.
