Reporting to the Business Unit Manager and responsible for you will serve as the first line of support for users, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting product issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to identify recurring issues, recommend solutions, and contribute to ongoing product improvements.
