Wall Street Concepts (WSC) is the premier Tax Information Data provider. WSC is looking for a person who works well in a high paced challenging environment.This is an interactive position where you will be required to understand the client/internal users requests and follow them through to successful resolution, providing operational support for our tax reporting processing.
The individual in this role will be responsible for the following:
-Respond to customer inquiries and internal staff regarding the running of operational tasks.
-Work with WSC staff and customers to ensure the quality and completeness of services and output.
-Analyze issues and processes in order to troubleshoot potential problems and to develop, and maintain processing efficiencies.
-Maintain documentation on all operational tasks.
Requirements
-Bachelors degree
-At least five years of professional experience
