This individual will be developing relationships with 3rd party integrated vendors and managing our data pipelines and customer support of those pipelines.
Responsibilities
Maintain, enforce, and assist Partners in providing catalogs that match required attributes and output rules, and ensure the underlying data framework meets customer and downstream product needs.
Work with Partners to drive quality in catalog data through accuracy and consistency of product information, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and product images.
Provide guidance and support to retailers to develop their skills and help solve their issues and questions related to catalogs and partner integrations.
Work closely with support, product, development, and leadership teams to improve product requirements and plans related to data quality, and improve effective management and operation efficiency of catalogs, images, integrations, and other connected features.
Develop and maintain relationships and consistent contact paths with Partners.
Serve as primary point of contact with Partners, fielding questions related to programs and functions.
Update and maintain regular rhythms and processes of quality checks of data and integrations with Partners.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure Partner listings and logos are accurately portrayed on our website.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in the retail or related industry.
A minimum of 2 years of data management experience.
Proven working knowledge in Excel, including experience with vlookups, pivot tables, and general field type modifications.
Excellent communication, collaboration with the ability to influence and persuade others.
