About The Position

Our Coral Gables headquarters is seeking an Intern to provide support to our team as a Product Support Specialist Intern. The Product Support Specialist Intern is integral to supporting our Product Support team and resolving customer logs. Spend 10 weeks learning about Trax Software, eMRO and eMobility Products. Learn the ins and outs of product support while refining your product knowledge to help assist Trax customers. Ability to enhance your professional growth through this developmental experience for future career opportunities at Trax. The chance to utilize your skills in working with software technology through interactions, procedures, applications, and databases.

Requirements

  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree and have graduated or graduating Summer of 2026.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Innate curiosity and willingness to learn about our business.
  • A passion for aviation.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Obsessed with Tech.
  • Sense of urgency to resolve customer issues.
  • A team player, with an ability to build relationships across departments.
  • Looking for a full-time opportunity upon the completion of the program.

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or work experience in the aviation and/or software industry, a plus.
