Product Technical Lead- Data Science AI/ML

About the position

Infosys is seeking Product Technical lead- Data Science/AI/ML. Candidate will be innovative and creative in data analysis, problem solving and presentation of solutions. Candidate will collaborate with engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production. Candidate will analyze raw data: assessing quality, cleansing, structuring for downstream processing. Candidate will design accurate and scalable AI solutions. Candidate will be responsible for use-case derivation and solution creation from structured/unstructured data. Candidate will be responsible for Storytelling, Business & stakeholder communication and Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production.
• Analyze raw data: assessing quality, cleansing, structuring for downstream processing.
• Design accurate and scalable AI solutions.
• Derive use-cases and create solutions from structured/unstructured data.
• Engage in storytelling, business & stakeholder communication, and documentation.

Requirements

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Strong understanding of data analytics best practices, standards, and guidelines.
• Experience in building integrated solutions with NLP, Vision, Recommendation Engines, Forecast, Time-Series, Predictive Algorithms.
• Programming Skills: Python, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, matplotlib.
• Experience in Exploratory Data Analysis, Machine Learning and Deep Learning Algorithms.
• Knowledge of hypothesis definition, model building, hyperparameter tuning, and model performance metrics.
• Statistics knowledge (Probability Distributions, Hypothesis Testing).
• Platform exposure with one of the key AI Services Cloud providers with working knowledge of ML Services, AI Platforms, MLOps, AIOps.
• Understanding of planning, design, management, execution, and reporting of core components for AI/Cognitive solutions.
• Experience with TDD practices/frameworks (JUnit (Java) / Jest (React) / Karma / Jasmine).
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

• Knowledge of Cloud Implementation - Azure, Kubernetes/Docker.
• Experience in developing & deploying Microservices, Data Modelling, Database Design, Tuning Design Parameters, Normalization, Solving Performance bottlenecks.
• Experience in Middleware, Open-Source tools & technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
