Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced RF Test Engineer whose responsibilities are but not limited to:
* Execution of new test solutions through Concept, Development, Production Readiness, and Implementation into our mass-production ATE test environment
* Establish product correlation from design reference board to ATE test board
* Establish performance reference data using power meter, Network analyzer, Signal generators, DC supplies, and Spectrum analyzers
* Design and develop tester to handler integration with an emphasis on standardization for both software and hardware.
* Implement best known test methods for accuracy and test time reduction activities.
* Trouble shoot and tune input and output micro-strip match topologies for impedance matched test boards
* Work closely with manufacturing on Yield Enhancement opportunities related to hardware and software
Candidate will work closely with multiple disciplines such as R&D, Design, Packaging, and Manufacturing teams along with equipment vendors and suppliers.

Job Qualifications:
* BSEE + 7yrs experience or MSEE + 5 years
* A strong understanding of RF fundamentals, single stage and multistage PA fundamentals, industry standard test methods, test equipment operation, capabilities, limitations, trouble-shooting, and automation is critical for success
* Strong expertise in using RF instruments including signal generators, spectrum analyzers, VNA, oscilloscope, power meters, Vector Signal Transceivers, and Impedance load tuners. Familiarity in test routine software development using C++/C
* Experience with 3G/4G wireless technologies (CDMA, UMTS, LTE)
* Experience with LDMOS, GaAs HBT, GaAs pHEMT and GaN HEMT Semiconductor Technologies
* LabVIEW or similar scripting language is a strong plus. Strong attention to detail and meticulous documentation standards
* Software and hardware debug experience required
* Vector and scalar RF/Microwave measurement techniques
* Experience with automated test on one or more of the following platforms - Teradyne: A585, Catalyst, Integra Flex; Agilent: 84K, 93K, ROOS
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar layout software
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in teams.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a high level of personal drive and energy is highly desirable.
* Short and extended international travel required
