About the position

The role involves planning, developing, and coordinating in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers. Responsibilities include obtaining information needed to prepare training programs, preparing training materials, developing course content, determining methodology, and coordinating the development of training aids. The position also requires conducting training sessions and developing criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. Continuous revision of lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date is also expected.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Apprentice School graduate and 6 years related exempt level experience.
  • Master’s Degree and 4 years related exempt experience.
  • High School diploma and 5 years of related trade experience can be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Graduation from Navy Nuclear Power School could be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
