We are currently seeking a Product Trainer for our Provider Compensation platform specializing in developing the training approach, creating training materials, and delivering focused product training to our clients and end users. As a Product Trainer, you’ll have responsibilities to develop and deliver a training framework and associated education for our core technology products. Preference will be given to candidates located in the Dallas area who are willing to work a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience as a trainer in midsize companies is required
  • Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office 365 applications is required
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and/or technical processes is required
  • Positive team player, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with experience in creating and/or presenting training materials
  • Attention to details, strong analytical skills and ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with customers and proven track record of working collaboratively to improve customer experience
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with diverse audiences that include project manager and support teams

Responsibilities

  • Developing, coordinating, and conducting core product training, both clients as well as internal users.
  • Conducting orientation programs and training for new employees.
  • Coordinating with the necessary internal resources to design the training roll out approach including complete testing and training schedules.
  • Create training documents and update user manuals to match the client specific scope requirements for our technology products
  • Work closely with business stake holders, end users, sales, product management, technical support, IT, and other internal stakeholders to understand training needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, evaluate, and implement improvements and grow adoption.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain tight timelines and priorities in a highly professional manner.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and process improvement is essential.
  • Ability to travel 20 to 30% of the time within the United States as required.
