About The Position

This role is responsible for creating and assembling sample products. The Production & Assembly Associate will ensure each sample is built to specification, meets Acoufelt’s quality standards, and is packaged appropriately for distribution. This position requires attention to detail, consistency in production, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or product finishing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and product specifications.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, adhesives, and assembly processes.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and assemble sample products from CNC and die-cut components according to specifications and instructions.
• Maintain consistent inventory of samples consisting of color chips across all sizes and completed sample boxes.
• Assist in organizing, storing, and labeling sample inventory.
• Work with the team to monitor stock levels of sample products.
• Assist with unloading, organizing, and storing incoming sample materials.
• Support the team with occasional sample assembly and special sample projects.
• Inspect assembled samples to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand standards are met.
• Use adhesives, fasteners, or other assembly tools as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Prepare completed samples for packaging and shipping in collaboration with the logistics team.
• Track completed work and report progress to the Product Sampling Manager.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines during manufacturing and assembly.
• Assist in other areas of the team to ensure orders are shipped on time.
