About The Position

Counter-Form LLC is looking for a Production Associate - Float / Relief driver!! Starting at $20/hr based on experience! Production Schedule: Starting at 6:30 AM Driver schedule: Schedule varies depending on deliveries, Monday through Friday work week. (Start hours can range as early as 12:30 AM - 5:00 AM; until route is completed.) Counter-Form LLC is a recognized leader in the manufacturing of postform and custom laminate countertops. What will you do: Provide support to multiple areas of countertop manufacturing, including saw operations, build-up, capping, and finishing Cut and prepare materials, assemble countertops, apply laminate end caps, and perform quality inspections Use hand and power tools safely and accurately (routers, saws, sanders, pneumatic tools) Rotate between departments while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards Serve as a Relief Driver as needed, delivering products using a straight truck, loading/unloading materials, and maintaining professional customer service Inspect vehicles, report any defects or mechanical issues, and follow DOT and company safety protocols Communicate with Customer Service, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth production and delivery operations Perform other duties as assigned What you need: Hands-on experience in woodworking, fabrication, or manufacturing environments Strong ability to read tape measures and production paperwork Experience using hand and power tools (routers, saws, sanders, pneumatic tools) Understanding of material handling, measurements, and cut accuracy Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain high workmanship standards Flexibility to work across multiple production areas and equipment Valid WI driver’s license and a clean driving record for Relief Driver duties Knowledge of shop safety practices and PPE requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and position 50–100 lbs, including frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and standing throughout the shift Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused work ethic Preferred: Experience operating a straight truck and delivering routes Experience using woodworking equipment (table saws, miter saws, routers) Knowledge of cabinetry, woodworking, blueprint reading, or installation As a Counter-Form, LLC Team Member you’ll enjoy Full Benefits Package: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Accident, Critical Illness, Long Term Disability and Short-Term Disability Career Growth & Opportunities for Advancement Continual Pay Rate Increases during the first year of employment Bonuses, Paid Time Off, and 8 Paid Holidays 401(k) + Company Contribution Onsite Nurse Collaborative work environment Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in woodworking, fabrication, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong ability to read tape measures and production paperwork
  • Experience using hand and power tools (routers, saws, sanders, pneumatic tools)
  • Understanding of material handling, measurements, and cut accuracy
  • Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain high workmanship standards
  • Flexibility to work across multiple production areas and equipment
  • Valid WI driver’s license and a clean driving record for Relief Driver duties
  • Knowledge of shop safety practices and PPE requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and position 50–100 lbs, including frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and standing throughout the shift
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused work ethic
