About The Position

A Production Associate I (Blend Technician) will be responsible for a combination of the following Deburring Duties such as Sanding, Blending, Tumble Deburring, Transporting completed parts to next destination and other miscellaneous duties.

Requirements

Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline

Blueprint Reading experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for learning of the deburring process.
Gain knowledge of customer/company specifications and international standards.
Ability to learn and retain standards, special processes, policies, processing, etc.
Must adhere to all EH&S regulations and policies as well as attend required training courses related to EH&S
Follow the EH&S roles and responsibilities in accordance with the Cargo Policy MP5322
Must adhere to all ethics standards set by company.
