About The Position

As a Production Associate you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! Primary Responsibilities Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including: Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods. Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Load & Unload racks of parts, mask and unmask parts, touchup/rework, process rejects, inspect parts coming down lines, operates a hoist where necessary.

Requirements

• We ask that you have the use of, or access to, information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply.
• All applicants must provide one of the following forms of identification as part of their application: (1) Passport, (2) Birth Certificate, (3) Certificate of Naturalization (USCIS Form N-550 or N-570), or (4) Permanent Resident Card (USCIS Form I-551.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
• Ability to work holidays and overtime as needed.
