Job Title Production Associate About your role: Join the Production team at 7007 N 97th Circle supporting high-volume plastic production to deliver secure, accurate materials for our clients. You'll be trained how to set up and operate machines such as embossing/card personalizers, printers, affixers, inserters and mail sorters. Also, you will adjust the machines to ensure work accuracy while responding to equipment error messages. You will perform quality checks, confirm quantity produced, ensure the batch is accurate per the order ticket, and set up the equipment. What you'll do: Operate and set up a variety of production machines in the manufacturing process of credit/debit cards. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to maintain machine uptime and output quality. Conduct quality checks and inspections to verify materials match job orders, specifications, and tolerance levels. Cross-train across multiple production departments and support workflow adjustments as volume and priorities change. Perform production data entry and follow job documentation, job tickets, and standard operating procedures. Requirements
- Experience using a computer for data entry.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of work, education, and military experience.
- 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
- 1 year of experience in operating production machines.
