Job Overview We are currently seeking production workers to join our team! Responsible for supporting daily production operations by keeping work areas and equipment clean and organized, ensuring raw materials are available, and assisting with the operation of food processing equipment. This role may involve lifting, loading, and unloading product boxes weighing up to 25 pounds, transporting materials using a pallet mule or battery‑powered forklift, and handling product at various stages of processing. Associates are expected to follow all safety, quality, and food handling guidelines while working as part of a team to meet production needs.

Requirements

  • Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Work assigned schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays
  • Work overtime when required
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor equipment following established recipes.
  • Gather, verify, load, and record materials and ingredients for each production batch.
  • Label product accurately and complete required production documentation for traceability.
  • Clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area.
  • Follow all food safety, GMP, and safety procedures; assist team members and operate material‑handling equipment as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
