About The Position

You will be a Planning, Production Control Associate Manager for our Circuit Card Assembly Operations at Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) facility in Archbald, PA. As a Production Control Associate Manager, your responsibilities will include: Leadership and performance of multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions. These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping Ensure production systems integrity and drive inventory optimization to minimize cost Coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management via verbal and written correspondence. Candidate will present the team’s performance in Program, Customer, and Operations Leadership reviews as required You're a results-driven leader with operations leadership experience, familiarity with production control processes, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Requirements

  • Operations leadership experience
  • Experience with Production/Production Control Processes and Procedures
  • Inventory Management Experience
  • Familiarity with capacity planning and MRP; Experience with SAP or equivalent MRP/ERP
  • Card shop experience and understanding of circuit card assembly processes
  • Experience reporting cost, schedule, and technical data/results to various levels of leadership, internal and external
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
