About The Position

The Production Coordinator is responsible for assisting in gathering and entering new product specifications in organized seasonal rhythms, managing active product entries in the database, helping to maintain product schedules and schedule metadata in Asana, and other duties that arise under the supervision of the Director of Production.

Requirements

  • A college degree (BA or BS)
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for the word of God and the gospel

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and timely.
  • A love for God’s word and his church.
  • Committed to an evangelical understanding of the Bible, the gospel, and Christian doctrine.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data management a plus
  • Experience using Asana for project management a plus
  • Experience proofreading preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Production in systematically gathering, organizing, and updating seasonal product information in a timely manner
  • Create pages/entries for each new product in Crossway’s data management systems
  • Manage specs for all active and all forthcoming products
  • Help to manage book, Bible, and tract schedules in Asana
  • Identify issues and opportunities in our apps and brainstorm solutions
  • Occasionally manage the routing of cover and packaging files through the Marketing, Design, and Production departments
  • Assist the team with proofing cover and packaging files
  • Attend various meetings to take minutes
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Production
