Production Foundry Operator
About The Position
Production Foundry Team Members – Multiple Departments Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry – Manitowoc, WI Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry is hiring Production Team Members across multiple foundry departments. We are continuously hiring for hands-on manufacturing roles supporting our Core, Foundry, Permanent Mold, Plant 2 and Finishing departments. On a typical day you may: • Work around molten aluminum and industrial furnaces • Operate equipment and tools used in production and finishing processes • Move, inspect, and handle cast parts throughout different stages of production • Perform grinding, cleaning, or finishing work on castings as needed • Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures Pay Starting pay: $25.25 – $25.73 per hour depending on the position plus $1.25 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift Available Shifts 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM If you enjoy physical work, working with your hands, and being part of a team that keeps production moving, we encourage you to apply!
