About The Position

Diversified Foods and Seasonings, a division of Al Copeland Investments, is located in Theodore, AL. We manufacture proprietary custom-blended dry marinades, gravies, sauces, batters, and breading.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for 10 hours, lift 50 pounds, frequently go up and down stairs, bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Reading batch tickets, pull sheets
• Rotation of raw ingredients FIFO
• Pulling/staging raw ingredients for production
• Pulling and staging the prep area
• Daily warehouse sanitation
• Assisting with cycle counts
• Scanning pallets to and from the racks
• Managing allergen
