Production Household Associate
About The Position
As a Production Household Associate, you are expected to uphold and actively support the vision of New Horizons Thrift Stores as communicated by Thrift Store Management and your immediate supervisor. Through collaboration and teamwork, you will help carry out this vision within your area of responsibility and influence. The Production Household Associate is a motivated, dependable team member responsible for sorting, cleaning, pricing, and preparing donated items for resale and keeping the work area organized and clean. Additional tasks may be assigned at times by your supervisor. Consideration will be given to your current workload and duties.
Requirements

- No prior experience or training is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare donated items for resale.
- Sort incoming used items by condition
- Clean items using designated tools and methods
- Perform basic touch ups or repairs when needed
- Organize and price cleaned inventory for resale.
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards to maintain a clean and orderly working environment.

- Compensation will be paid twice a month, on the 7th and 21st of each month.
- overtime pay will be paid for time worked over 40 hours per week.
