What You’ll Do Orchestrate High-Octane Workflows: Plan and delegate daily tasks with precision to eliminate downtime, ensuring every team member is empowered to contribute to our mission. Champion Team Excellence: Foster a culture of accountability and inclusivity by coaching associates, resolving conflicts, and driving cross-training to build a versatile, elite production squad. Master the Machine & Data: Independently operate and troubleshoot advanced equipment while maintaining flawless accuracy in batch records (Acumatica, Google Sheets) to ensure total compliance. Drive Breakthrough Results: Monitor real-time output against quotas, proactively solving bottlenecks and proposing process innovations that sharpen our competitive edge. What You’ll Bring Proven Leadership Grit: At least 3 years of experience as a production supervisor in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment. Operational Intelligence: Proficiency in ERP systems (Acumatica) and Google Suite, with a sharp eye for Lean manufacturing principles and workflow optimization. Elite Communication: The ability to lead pre-shift huddles, navigate difficult coaching conversations with transparency, and model a "safety-first" mindset. Relentless Reliability: A lead-by-example attitude evidenced by exemplary attendance and a positive, team-oriented hunger for continuous improvement. Physical Stuff Dynamic Agility: Ability to stand for long shifts (5:15am – 2:00pm) and pivot quickly in a high-energy production environment. Manual Mastery: Excellent manual dexterity to troubleshoot equipment and perform the same precise tasks you expect from your team. Strength & Stamina: Capable of bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed to support the line. Requirements
