About The Position

As a Production Lead at Monster Energy, you'll be an integral part of our high-energy production team, assisting the Production Supervisor with daily functions to boost department productivity and streamline personnel scheduling. You'll oversee the production floor to guarantee that our high-quality products are consistently produced and that team members are aligned with their daily tasks. You'll also play a key role in training new employees, ensuring they embody Monster Energy's commitment to excellence and adhere to all company and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Between 1-3 years of experience in a lead position in Beverage Production
• Between 3-5 years of experience in Beverage Production
• Must show basic knowledge with English language

Responsibilities

• Support the Production Management team with daily functions relevant to the departments productivity and personnel scheduling.
• Train new personnel to ensure they understand their job duties correctly and they perform the job at the highest standard.
• Sets up production lines at the beginning of each shift, with guidance from production management, allowing for production to start as soon as employees arrive.
• Oversee staff in the department and assign tasks according to day to day requests.
• Assure all production is of the highest quality and meeting all standards imposed by the company.
